We are currently seeking 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗟𝗦𝗔𝘀) to 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗨𝗔𝗘 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 and 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Provide 𝟭:𝟭 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 to students in school and home-to-school environments
• Support pupils with 𝗦𝗘𝗡, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
• Assist class teachers with lesson delivery and behaviour management
• Support transitions between home and school, ensuring pupil safety and wellbeing
• Help students access the curriculum and achieve learning targets
• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Follow safeguarding, inclusion policies, and professional standards

𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗨𝗔𝗘 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗮
• 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗨𝗔𝗘 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆)
• Willingness and flexibility to 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀
• Experience supporting children in mainstream or SEN environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, reliable, and child-focused approach

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲:
• SEN experience (Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, SEMH)
• Relevant qualification (CACHE, Teaching Assistant, SEN, Education, Psychology)
• Experience with Early Years, Primary, or Secondary pupils
