To be successful in this role, you must hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a PGCE/PGDE/QTS or equivalent in a relevant subject. The ideal candidate will have proven experience teaching Early Years or Lower Elementary, preferably in an IB or American curriculum school setting. However, teachers with strong Early Years experience and a solid teaching foundation are equally encouraged to apply. We’re looking for someone with a passion for developing young minds, and the ability to create a warm, engaging classroom where every child feels seen and supported.
In addition to classroom excellence, we’re seeking a teacher with strong interpersonal skills who can build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. You should be confident in delivering outstanding teaching and learning, able to collaborate with peers, and eager to share innovative practices that spark curiosity and joy. A valid UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police clearance, and NOC (if on a company-sponsored visa), are essential. Driving or willingness to travel would be a plus.
