Every candidate on rTriibe goes through full UAE-aligned safer-recruitment checks before they ever appear in a search result: passport & valid UAE visa, Emirates ID (front and back), MOFA-attested educational documents, MOE Equivalency for teaching roles, police clearance from country of last residence, two professional references, and an interview with one of our team. Where the candidate has previously taught locally, we also verify KHDA (Dubai) or ADEK (Abu Dhabi) approval.

You sign our standard terms of business when you onboard, but there are no minimum-spend requirements, retainers, or exclusivity clauses. Use us when you need us.

The candidate logs hours worked in the app at the end of each shift. You confirm with one click, and we generate the invoice automatically. Invoices are downloadable from the platform any time.

Yes. Any candidate you've worked with can be added to your preferred list, and the app will surface them first whenever you post a matching shift. You can also block candidates if needed.

The app re-matches the shift to the next-best available candidate as soon as a no-show is flagged. Most replacements are confirmed within minutes. Our 24/7 cover line escalates urgent cases manually so you're not left hunting.

Repeat no-shows are removed from the active candidate pool — reliability is one of the things our matching engine actively weights for.

Flag any concern through the app or email ask@rtriibe.com. We acknowledge complaints within one working day, investigate properly, and feed the outcome back to you. Serious safeguarding concerns are escalated immediately and may result in the candidate being suspended pending review.

Yes. Any candidate can be added to your school's block list in the app, and they'll never appear in your search results or get sent your shifts again. No explanation required.

The pay rate is shown on every shift before you accept it. There's no "we'll let you know later" — what you see is what you'll be paid, and you can decide whether the shift's worth it on those terms.

Pay is in AED, direct to your UAE bank account. Daily supply work is paid [fortnightly · TBC] and long-term placements monthly. Submit your timesheet through the app at the end of each shift and pay arrives on the agreed schedule.

Yes. Candidates typically need to hold their own valid UAE residence visa — for example a golden visa, spouse visa, parent visa, or employment visa sponsored elsewhere. rTriibe does not sponsor visas for short-term or temporary supply placements.

Yes for teaching roles — UAE Ministry of Education Equivalency is required for any candidate working in a class teacher position. It's not required for Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, or Exam Invigilators.

If you don't have Equivalency yet, we can point you in the right direction during onboarding.

KHDA (the Knowledge and Human Development Authority) regulates schools in Dubai. ADEK (the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge) regulates schools in Abu Dhabi. The frameworks are distinct, but the principles are similar. We work with schools regulated by both, and the relevant approval status is checked as part of every booking.

Yes. We don't ask for exclusivity. Plenty of our rTriibers also work with other agencies — we just aim to be the one you actually want to use most.

Once you're a registered, active candidate, the full CPD library is available free in the app. You can complete courses any time, and certificates are added to your profile automatically.

Talk to us. Email ask@rtriibe.com or message us in the app and we'll look into it within one working day. If a school has paid the wrong rate or hours, we'll correct it. If a placement isn't working out, we'll find you something that does. The whole point of rTriibe is fair work, so anything that doesn't feel fair gets fixed.

Yes — the rTriibe app is available for iOS and Android, and there's a full web platform for schools too. Most candidates manage everything from their phone; most school admins use the desktop view.

The matching engine scores every available candidate against each shift on factors including qualifications, experience, distance, your school's previous bookings, and candidate preferences. The highest-fit matches surface first — but you always make the final call.

We work with international schools across Dubai and Abu Dhabi as our primary markets, and can support schools in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates by request. Our consultants know the local landscape — KHDA and ADEK frameworks, the major school groups, and the practical realities of cover work in each Emirate.
